- Dates and times are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- The minimum number of guests for a party is 10 (less can be invited but you will still be charged for 10).
- Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 3 days. After this time the date/time will be released and become available to others.
- A booking becomes confirmed once the £50 deposit has been paid.
- Once a booking is confirmed, our party invitations can be posted out or will be available for collection.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless a party is cancelled more than 6-weeks before the event.
- If you want to make any changes to the booking please telephone us as soon as possible to make amendments.
- It’s essential that you contact The Bubbles Factory at least 3 days before your party to confirm the numbers of children attending the party so that we can prepare accordingly. You can confirm in person or by telephone on 01555 777000.
- If the number of guests attending the party is less than the confirmed number, the non-attending guests will still be charged the full party price. This is to cover the costs incurred by us.
- One or two additional children arriving on the day can be accommodated, but it’s not possible for us to add many more children since we have bought in stock, prepared the food and staffed according to the confirmed numbers.
- Please can you let us know if any of the children attending the party have any special/additional needs or any food allergies that we need to know about.
- The Bubbles Factory will provide dedicated party leaders to help ensure the party goes smoothly. Depending on the overall size of the party, either one or two members of staff shall be assigned to the party. These members of staff are there to specifically assist the parents with the smooth running of the party.
- Helium balloons are permitted, but regular balloons are not permitted due to the choking hazard they present when they burst.
